Site Removals and New Review
Update by: Spax

First of all, a few things have been removed since not a lot of people liked them, and as a group decision, it was best they left.  We'll be having future discussions soon for what to push here and what to push aside and what to possibly get rid of.

As for what's been added.  We have a late holiday review from Mike Maverick.  It's got some quality issues and they were going to be worked on (this whole thing was done from last year), but as a lot of work was done on it since then, it was decided that just so it could be shown before the year ended, it can be a final pilot for the Ace Reviewer series.  We apologize for the quality and Mike will be able to provide higher quality videos as he is planning in the near future for the actual Ace Reviewer series.  But in the mean time, here's the review.

A Thanksgiving of Darker Days
Update by: Spax

Happy Thanksgiving one and all.  We have some older videos from Mike's less professional days that he wants to add to showcase how his work has evolved from what it was in the past to what it is now.  Check out his new section and the videos following it in the link below.

Finally, a page has been added for the upcoming videos that I'm working on for the Michigan anime convention that I attended known as Youmacon.

Halloweenies
Update by: Spax

This is a bit late (I was busy packing for a trip I am taking tomorrow), so my apologies for that.

In the mean time, we have a new video for you.  It's a new quickie I made after reading a certain story that a friend of mine requested, so I hope you will enjoy it in the following link.

Ace Idiot Continues
Update by: Spax

It's about a week before me and more of the TGTZ crew head out for a major event which both me and BigAl will be covering together with our friends.  Demyx will be making one last update on here before that happens, but until then, we got some new videos for you.

For the update, Travolta's Ace Idiot videos have had their section reorganized so it's easier to locate and watch the videos, but that's not all!  We also have a brand new episode, Turnabout Saga: Part 2 which you can check out along with the other episodes in the following link.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Idiot

More updates coming soon.

Update by: Spax

This is a minor update for today as there are more planned for either today or tomorrow.  So far, the only update is adding in Wizwar's ConnectiCon videos to the Cons and Expos section of TGTZ which you can check out in the following link.

New Remix & New Blog
Update by: Spax

I am currently visually training Mike so he can prepare to manage the site with the rest of the owners so this can soon fully no longer be my site alone and we can start being a true group.  This update also would have been done a day earlier, but a glitch happened which caused a delay, so apologies for the wait.

First, we have a new remix by Jesse Proper of a song from Sonic Next Gen/Sonic 06 which is in the following.
Jesse Proper: The Inlet (Techno version)

And finally, as Sega said that Sonic 4 is still in production, I wrote a blog on how Sega can improve aside from levels and physics since that would be stating the obvious.
Spax Blogs - How Sonic 4: Episode 2 Can Improve

More updates coming soon.

New Remix & New Blog
Update by: Spax

Training for all the owners of TGTZ so all 4 of us can manage the site is nearly complete, so very soon, you will be seeing a more efficient, community based, and active Game Toon Zone.

For the updates, we have two.  The first being a new remix by Jesse Proper to celebrate Sonic's 20th anniversary, and the second being a blog I wrote to discuss the flaws with Retro Sonic's controls in the recently released Sonic Generations Demo of Green Hill Zone.  Both links are below.

Today's minor update was made to help train Mike on taking over since he's the other blog poster, but anyway, on to the updates.

Today, Me, Mike and Al have some new videos that express our opinions on the press conferences from E3 this year which you can see in the link below.

New Blogs and New Crew Member

The new videos will be up later tonight.  Sorry for the delay, I got caught up in other stuff off of TGTZ.  But it's done now, so I can resume full site work later tonight after I get some sleep.

In the mean time, we have two new blogs.  One is from me, and the other is from Mike Maverick.
TGTZ Blogs

And finally, we have a new crew member who is posting on the new TGTZ Radio section for music and sound tracks.  Jesse Proper.

Sonic Generations

Sorry if this is a day late, but when the new footage and announcements of Sonic Generations came up, I wanted to make my thoughts and information on the game part of TGTZ's update.  You can check out my thoughts on the following:

Blogs

We have a new section on the site for written rants, reviews, news, views, and other such called TGTZ Blogs.  I'm currently the first one to contribute to that section, and Mike Maverick will be following soon after.  Check out my news blog on the newly announced Nintendo console here:

CNASN Returns

Once again, I apologize for the delay, but considering the massive changes in making sure we can handle bandwitch control better as well as a few other factors, we had to be sure that everyone was ready with any new videos and had free time so to be able to work on these updates. Everything is finally in check, and I now have the free time needed to take care of all these updates for the near entirety of this week, so expect a lot of updates and changes in the following days.

After a long break so to work on other projects and other things for this site and other people, CNASN Game Reviews is back for another season.  It starts off with the promised review of Sonic Unleashed HD, then it goes onto it's main feature which is Sonic Colors.  Check it out in the following link.

Enjoy.

Crew Departure

Okay, bad news time.  SonicFan39, while he didn't get the chance to do much has had to depart from the TGTZ community.  Just so you know, this is not drama related or anything bad between us as he and I are still on good terms, it's all medical reasons.  Marc has given me one last message from him to post so he can help explain.

From Marc:
"SonicFan39 here. Since Christmas 2010 I have diagnosed with very severe anxiety.  I said my full bad history with people I have had on the internet, and the docs said disassociate with the people who gave me bad history.  That means Spax too since he and I were not always on good terms in the past. It's not Spax's fault or anything that has to do with the present. History was history, and if professionals say we've to stop talking with him and others, then it has to be done.  So goodbye.

Marc"

And that's all there is too it.  If it wasn't for anxiety, Marc would still be here, but his health matters more, so all of us here need to respect that.  I'm not the only friend Marc is having to cut himself off from, there's a lot of others too, so it's pretty much the internet in general for some of it.  All of his friends here wish him luck.

First Major Update of 2011

I was going to have this done a few days ago, but illnesses, conflicts, communications, and other mishaps caused a lot of delays in all projects being uploaded at one time for this update.  Also right now at the time I am typing this, I am very sleep deprived, so to those who talk to me, you have one cranky site manager here.  Anyway, I'm going to try to keep each of the update announcements short and sweet if I can.

First of all, I finally finished up episode one of That's Our Nima and the show's premiere has now launched.  Episode 1's humor is kind of basic, but later episodes will be more developed.  I made the first episode more to introduce the cast first then anything else much.  You can find it under Spax and then under That's Our Nima.

Second, we got a few new videos from Wizwar which you can see under Wizwar100 and then in Other Wizwar Reviews.  They're Halloween reviews that got delayed for uploaded, but they should be fun none the less.

Third, we have a new episode of Games Yanks Can't Wank about a game that was released as nothing more then an insane joke.  You can find out about it by clicking on Guru Larry and then on Games That Yanks Can't Wank.

Forth, Mike Maverick has another pilot for Mike Maverick: Ace Reviewer which is on the NES Game Bucky O'Hare.  It's not a video Mike is 100% happy with, but as it's a pilot, you got to keep some mishaps in mind. And I will say that for the sake of seeing how the series may turn out in some ways, it's worth a look.

Fifth, we have a new crew member, Travolta3335, creator of Phoenix Wright: Ace Idiot which is a very funny parody on the Ace Attorney franchise and definitely worth watching.

Finally, we have a new subsection called TGTZ Crew Vids which is for community effort videos such as TGTZ Interviews and the TGTZ Swag vids where I mailed the other crew members both some obnoxious gifts and some nice ones.

That is all I have to update on.  With all these new videos, I hope we can keep you entertained for a while.
